BIO:
Suhua WANG is a lecturer at Shandong University. She is a Ph.D candidate in translation studies at Shandong University. She earned her M.A. in Conference Interpreting and B.A. in English Language and Literature from Beijing International Studies University. She was a Fulbright Fellow and visiting scholar at Rowan University in the U.S. Her research and teaching interests are in conference interpreting and drama translation.
She has taught Simultaneous Interpreting, Consecutive Interpreting, Conference Interpreting, and Practical Translation at School of Translation Studies, Shandong University since 2010. She also works as a simultaneous interpreter between English and Chinese for international conferences. She directs an interpretation contest-training group, which has won national level prizes.
