BIO:

Wenfeng, Jia is a lecturer at Shandong University. Wenfeng earned his Ph.D. in applied linguistics from Beijing Language and Culture University (2016). He has been teaching College English for non-English majors at School of Translation Studies, Shandong University since 2004. He used to win the Teaching Prize of Shandong University, Weihai(2010). Now he works as the dean of College English Teaching Department.

Wenfeng’s main research interests are in language testing, second language acquisition and translation studies. Since 2016, he began to teach courses of Introduction to Linguistics to English majors and Language Testing to graduate students. He also shows interests in translation studies. He has passed the China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters, Level II and published a translation book (2017).
