BIO:
Rui Li is lecturer at Shandong University. Rui is learning for her Ph.D. degree in English and American Literature in Nanjing University. She got her M.A. in English and American Literature from Nanjing University, and her B.A. in English from Lanzhou University. Her research and teaching interests are in English and American Literature. She has published some essays on important international and domestic journals, such as Neohelicon, Journal of Northeastern University (Social Science), Sino-US English Teaching and US-China Foreign Language. Her essays have dealt with topics such as English literature, African-American literature, and comparative literature.
She has taught College English at School of Translation Studies, Shandong University since 2001. The philosophy rooted in her teaching is the combination of language and culture, which is widely welcomed by her students.
